An annual footfall of over 26 million shows that we’ve solidified the Trafford Centre as the place to be in Manchester. We’ve achieved that by taking occupancy from 80% to over 99%, creating a world-class merchandising mix, and planning exciting future development projects.

Cevahir Shopping Centre

We’ve managed Cevahir since 2007. Since then, we’ve optimised the layout of what was already one of the largest shopping centres in Europe by converting 9,000 sq m of common space into profitable units – improving the tenant mix with international brands and taking occupancy from 84% to over 95%.

Lingotto Shopping Centre

We managed a 7,000+ sq m extension of Lingotto, which is based in the original FIAT factory in Turin, thoughtfully converted to commercial real estate through a Lorenzo Piano design. As part of that, we relocated and extended the food court and added the complex’s only car park to the ground floor. Additionally, we strengthened its links to Turin’s public transport with a cycle path and fresh connections to the nearby metro and bus stations.
