Pradera Unifies UK Platform Under Single Brand

Date: 30th April 2026

Pradera Lateral, the UK’s leading independent shopping centre asset manager will from today operate under the single Pradera Brand.

Formed in 2020 through the coming together of Pradera and the shareholders of UK retail development specialist, Lateral Property Group – Philip Lunn, Steven Redshaw and Marcus Briggs – the business has achieved unmatched success in the United Kingdom with current mandates including The Trafford Centre, Eldon Square, Lakeside Shopping Centre and Victoria-Nottingham. Key clients include CPPIB, SVP, XPE plc, SGS plc and Cross Ocean Partners.

The UK team has grown to over 55 people, and the time has come to consolidate under ONE brand that respects Pradera’s 26-year retail heritage and market leading position. The combined brand has 13 offices across Europe, over 120 staff members and over €5billion of retail assets under management.

The singular brand identity will encourage even greater cross-pollination of ideas, working practices and co-operation across European teams. Pradera has a unique culture with a deep bench of talent who live, breathe, eat, and sleep retail.

The Lateral shareholders will continue as significant investors and Senior Directors in the business.

Rhys Evans CEO says, “It was a natural evolution of the business to operate under ONE brand as we continue our growth trajectory as Europe’s leading retail asset management specialist. We thank Philip, Steven and Marcus for their ongoing support and contributions to our fantastic business.”
