Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp (PERP) in GRESB
FIRST out of 956 entrants in the Management Component
FIRST place in its Peer Group for the FIFTH time
Achieves its First Net Zero Milestone
Pradera is delighted to announce that its flagship fund, Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp (PERP), has once again demonstrated leading ESG performance in the 2026 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Real Estate Assessment.
PERP once again achieved first place, this time out of 956 entrants in Europe for the Management Component, reflecting the strength of Pradera’s governance framework and its long-standing commitment to embedding sustainability across all aspects of its business. The fund also secured first place within its peer group of Core European Retail Warehouse Funds for the fifth time and retained its prestigious five-star GRESB rating for the fourth consecutive year.
With an outstanding score of 93.7 points, PERP significantly outperformed both the GRESB average of 80.9 points and its peer group average of 75.7 points. The result represents a 1.2 increase on its 2025 score and a remarkable improvement from its inaugural score of 40 points in 2018, highlighting the fund’s consistent ESG progress since inception.
The 2026 assessment also highlights the tangible environmental impact of PERP’s sustainability strategy. In 2025, the fund achieved an 11% like-for-like reduction in greenhouse gas emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3, alongside a 6% reduction in water consumption. These achievements supported the successful delivery of PERP’s first Net Zero milestone, achieving a 15% reduction in Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 2025 compared with its 2022 baseline.
Colin Campbell, Chairman of Pradera, said: “These results reflect years of commitment to embedding sustainability throughout our business and the dedication of our asset and property management teams. Securing the highest Management score among European Real Estate companies, retaining our five-star GRESB rating, and maintaining our leadership position within our peer group are significant accomplishments. Together, they demonstrate that strong ESG performance not only creates long-term value but also delivers measurable progress.”
Anna Finch, ESG Director at Pradera, added: “These achievements reflect the successful integration of our Environmental Management System, our focus on continuous improvement, and our commitment to delivering practical and measurable sustainability solutions. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of our ESG strategy and reinforce our belief that sustainability and performance go hand in hand.”
