Following Vukile Property Fund’s entry into the Italian market, Pradera continues the management of three established shopping centres under Esperia Properties
Pradera welcomes Vukile Property Fund’s entry into the Italian retail real estate market through the launch of Esperia Properties and the acquisition of three shopping centres: Le Due Valli in Turin, Le Centurie in Padua and Quarto Nuovo in Naples.
Pradera will continue the asset management of all three assets, having successfully managed them for more than a decade. This ensures a seamless operational transition while building on the strong relationships established with occupiers, communities and local stakeholders.
With a 26+ year track record in European retail real estate and approximately €5 billion of assets under management, Pradera brings specialist expertise and deep local market knowledge to the portfolio. Our active asset management approach is focused on enhancing performance, creating long-term value and delivering exceptional retail destinations.
As Vukile grows its presence in Italy through Esperia Properties, we are proud to continue supporting these high-quality assets and look forward to working together to deliver the next phase of their growth.
