As part of a diversification strategy aimed at optimising the tenant mix which included the downsizing of an existing Tesco hypermarket, we were thrilled to welcome yet another Decathlon store in our portfolio; this time, at Homepark Zličín in Prague.

The sporting goods retailer synergically complements the offer at the retail park, which currently includes brands such as Datart, CCC Boty, Starbucks, McDonalds, Toboga Fantasy, Takko and DM Drogerie, with a megastore spanning 4,300 sqm.

Homepark Zličín has a total GLA of over 33,000 sqm and is ideally located in close proximity to key transport hubs, making it easily accessible to visitors in Prague and surrounding areas.
